











Misome Peile (1907-1983) - Beautiful watercolour
Painter, printmaker, writer and teacher, born Marjorie Mary Misomé Peile in Southsea, Hampshire. She was initially educated in Seaford, Sussex, lived in Malta from 1936–8, then studied art in Rome and with Leonard Fuller at St Ives School of Painting, 1939–43. She was an invited member of Newlyn Society of Artists and in 1949 a founder-member of Penwith Society of Arts.
